IPS e.max®

Lithium disilicate restorations with approximately 360–400 MPa flexural strength. Monolithic, full-contour design delivers excellent esthetics and robust durability.

BruxZir® Solid Zirconia

Among the strongest tooth-colored materials available at roughly 1200 MPa flexural strength. Ideal for tough posterior cases and bruxers. We are an Authorized BruxZir Dental Laboratory.

PFM – Porcelain Fused to Metal

Tried-and-true restorations with decades of clinical success. A dependable choice for many indications where metal-supported porcelain is preferred.

Warrior Zirconia

Patriot Dental Lab’s in-house full-contour zirconia brand. CAD/CAM fabricated for accuracy, strength, and consistent fit across your fixed cases.

Prime – e.max Prime Zirconia

Hybrid zirconia material engineered to balance translucency and strength, ideal for cases demanding a blend of esthetics and durability.

Gold, Resin & Empress Esthetic

Additional material options to accommodate specific indications, patient preferences, and budget considerations while maintaining quality and fit.

Removable Solutions

TCS® Flexible Partials

TCS partials are our go-to flexible partial dentures. They are virtually “unbreakable,” require no traditional retention rests, and function as tissue-borne appliances rather than traditional tooth-borne RPDs. Teeth can be added over time as needed.

Available in four shades, the translucent material allows the underlying tissue to show through, helping the appliance blend naturally in the mouth.

  • Convenient 2-hour heat cure or overnight cure options

Implant Restorations

  • Custom titanium abutments using OEM and compatible systems including Atlantis, TruAbutment, BlueSkyBio, and others
  • Hybrid zirconia with titanium base abutments

Prosthetic Options

  • Implant-retained (locator) dentures
  • Implant-supported bar overdentures
  • Hybrid screw-retained restorations (BDT technique)

Titanium abutments remain the primary choice when maximum strength is required. Our team has restored thousands of implant cases and is always available to discuss treatment planning and restorative options.

Hybrid abutments combine a titanium interface with esthetic zirconia above the tissue, often ideal in the anterior or in thin biotypes where titanium may show through. Availability depends on the implant system, so please contact us for case-by-case guidance.
